Visa to Russia

There are many different types of visas depending on the purpose and duration of the trip.
If you have difficulties in choosing of the visa type, please send us a mail to sto@danhil.com with the information:
- purpose of your trip (business, tourism, visiting relatives or friends, participating in sports competitions, cultural events, etc.);
- approximate dates of travel.
We will help you choose the right type of visa, tell the handling times and prices.

• I) The Necessary documents for applying for a visa to Russia

  2) Official passport photo (3,5 х 4,5 cm)

  4) Application form must be filled in only through: https://visa.kdmid.ru. You will get the detailed instructions by e-mail.
  5) Copy of invitation (for multiple business visa orriginal invitation required). If you do not have an invitation, please contact us sto@danhil.com
  6) If you are born in Russia or former USSR, the Certificate "Справка о выходе из гражданства".

• II) How to get a Russian visa?
  1) Make an online order on our site or you can also make a SIMPLIFIED ORDER or send an e-mail to sto@danhil.com with your desired dates and type of visa and the method of delivery and some other requests.
  2) Send an e-mail to sto@danhil.com with your order number.
  3) Receive the necessary information from us for filling in your visa application form through: https://visa.kdmid.ru
  4) Fill in the application form, save it, print and sign it blue ball pen.
  5) Send all the necessary documents by the registered letter to our office: Danhil Travel AB, Box 12254, 102 29 Stockholm.
  6) Receive our confirmation and the date when your visa is ready.
  
• III) How to avoid any mistakes (from the side of the post) in delivering your documents?
  We recommend sending visa documents by the registered letter. In this case the letter can be easily traced via www.posten.se
